A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating a board of commissioners of Forsyth County, approved June 30, 1964 (Ga. L. 1964 Ex. Sess., p. 2225), as amended, so as to provide term limits for members of the board of commissioners; to provide for related matters; to provide effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
