A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate the City of Mulberry, approved February 13, 2024 (Ga. L. 2024, p. 3518), as amended, so as to provide for the provision of services and exercise of powers by the city; to provide for a city manager; to provide for staggered terms of office for councilmembers; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
