A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding labor and industrial relations, so as to prohibit retaliatory actions by certain employers against certain employees for disclosing potentially unlawful activities; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
