A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Georgia Uniform Securities Act of 2008," so as to authorize the issuance of orders by the Commissioner of Securities directing persons who have violated certain securities provisions to return to investors, customers, or clients sums paid in connection with securities purchases; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
