"Red Tape Rollback Act of 2025"; enact
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Titles 28, 31, and 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the General Assembly, health, and state government, respectively, so as to provide for procedures and processes concerning the enactment of legislation and the adoption of rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to provide a short title; to provide effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
