Public Officials; bail bond business; modify provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to miscellaneous offenses concerning public officers and employees, so as to modify provisions relating to public officials engaging in the bail bond business; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
