Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy; testing in the newborn screening system; require
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 12 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to control of hazardous conditions, preventable diseases, and metabolic disorders, so as to require testing for Duchenne muscular dystrophy in the newborn screening system; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
