Cobb County; State Court; chief deputy clerk and clerk; change salary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating the State Court of Cobb County, approved March 26, 1964 (Ga. L. 1964, p. 3211), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 3, 2023 (Ga. L. 2023, p. 4333), so as to change the salary of the chief deputy clerk and the clerk of the State Court of Cobb County; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
