Ad valorem tax; expand definition of rental motor vehicle

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5C of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to title ad valorem tax on motor vehicles, so as to expand the definition of a rental motor vehicle with respect to the tax; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
