A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 27-2-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to license, permit, tag, and stamp fees, so as to provide for fees for reef and migratory fish endorsements; to provide for recreational and commercial fishing; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
