A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Georgia Crime Information Center, so as to provide that the Department of Human Services shall be authorized to access restricted and sealed information to conduct employee oversight in certain circumstances; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
