Habersham County; Magistrate Court; authorize assessment and collection of technology fee

A BILL to be entitled an Act to authorize the assessment, collection, and distribution of a technology fee by the Magistrate Court of Habersham County; to identify the authorized uses of such technology fee; to provide for the maintenance of such technology fee funds; to provide for the termination of such technology fee and dedication of residual funds to technology uses; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal a specific Act; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
