A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Board of Regents, so as to provide that the Board of Regents shall include members who are graduates of a historically black college or university that is a unit of the University System of Georgia; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
