Commerce and trade; filing of registration statements with the office of the Secretary of State; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 16 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to registration of businesses using trade names, so as to provide for filing of registration statements with the office of the Secretary of State; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
