Civil practice; compensation for receivers; provide
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 8 of Title 9 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to receivers relative to civil practice, so as to provide for compensation for receivers; to provide for a cap on compensation; to make conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
