A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-7-21.2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to criminal trespass involving a wild animal, so as to provide for the offense of criminal trespass involving a wild animal; to provide for definitions; to provide for penalties; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
